SPK-Sentosa Corporation Berhad ("Company")is a company listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia and is engaged in the provision of management services to its subsidiaries. The Company, together with its subsidiaries, operates in two segments. The construction segment focuses on complex construction contracts with high engineering content. The construction segment is engaged in the construction of high rise and special purpose buildings, hospitals, marine dredging, roads and bridges, engineering works and infrastructure works. Oil and gas segment is engaged in the provision of offshore and onshore support services to the oil and gas industry, which include engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) for petrochemicals, and oil and gas facilities, operations and maintenance services, development and redevelopment and/or management of oil and gas brownfields and refineries, and trading and supply of oil and gas materials, products and equipment.
